
The Deck at Toyota Santa Maria
THE DECK
Located on our second level at Toyota Santa Maria, the space is a casual outdoor Patio/ Deck overlooking the valley hills. We serve local non-profits and affiliated organizations. Ideal for corporate meetings & special events. The Deck can host up to 100 guests banquet style, and up to 150 reception/cocktail style. We are proud to open up our space to specific organizations and local non profits depending on availability.

OUTDOOR DECK
Overlooking the Santa Maria hills, this is a fully equipped bar space with a gas grill, refrigerator, sink, and storage. The Deck features a 3-tier Pergola space with lounge seating and fire pits. We have 4 large synchronized TVs for presentations with built in audio (perfect for power point and video presentations).
INDOOR SPACE
Connected to the patio through a large roll-up garage door, this is an additional space available that can expand seating capacity. This space has a fully functioning kitchenette with a stove top, two microwaves, dishwasher, and double refrigerator. This is a perfect space for a cocktail hour.
CONFERENCE SPACE
Private room can accommodate up to 40 people. It has four synchronized Smart TV's , smart speakers and surround system. TV's and sound can be connected to smart devices for presentations or zoom calls. Polycom also available for conventional conference calls as well.

Event Setup & Cleanup
Toyota Santa Maria will provide materials agreed upon. The organization renting space is in charge of setting up and cleaning thoroughly after event. With the exception of restrooms.*
*Restrooms available on the same level in the hallway between the conference room and indoor space.
Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response. Reservations accepted on a first come first serve basis. Not all dates and times can be accommodated. Events must work around Toyota Santa Maria's schedule.
*You are required to provide proof of insurance for any vendors that will be providing services on site for your event. I agree to the terms of this contract and confirm that all the information provided is correct and accurate.
